Alligator Drawings

This makes me mad! I do not see the name of an artist, not a contemporary, who was male and Germany or Austria. He has worked with ink on paper and had a sense of black humor, and many of his drawings were things like a naked woman passionately kissing in the diving equipment or old Timey hippos make ballroom. He was particularly fond of crocodiles. Does anyone know who he is?
