Step 1: Check the configuration of the State
Each state has its own assessment of the regulatory Board, which administers and regulates the licensing and certification of assessors.

Step 3: compulsory Assessment
In addition to the required college courses, you will also be required to complete a basic program being evaluated in the following modules:

Some places teach you the principles you'll need to succeed in your career. Others will simply take your money and you learn to pass the test of the state. Both are important, but learning principles well will be better for you in the long term. Keep this in mind when searching for your school evaluation.
Step 4: Find a Mentor
In previous state, with hours of training you are also required to have hours of experience. You'll find an appraiser who is a member in good standing in that form will sign on your work and mentor. Basically, you have to treat this as a job search and possibly an interview. And networking with as many people as possible.
Please bring something to the table that can help that business appraiser. Perhaps you have a client in mind that you can make to start to work. Maybe you updated on new technologies or software that can facilitate this task evaluator. What it is, you must be firm and diligent. Enough to knock on doors and you find your mentor. If you're worried, consider taking courses for personal growth and development as those offered online to academic success.
Step 5: work hard and pass the state test
The test of government is difficult and I heard through the grapevine that they will make it more difficult. To get an idea and see some sample questions, go to http://psiexams.com . It is the company that administered the test in Louisiana and more than the fact it is likely national, but do not hold me to that. Now.
