Arizona Teacher Certification

I am in need of some information. I just finished my college degree in education and will be starting my first course SEI June However, the class is not finished until July 22. I have some school districts who want me to demand and know that I am a young graduate. My question is, could I ask my teacher's certificate before I finish my course SEI so I can start teaching in the fall or should I wait until I have finished my course SEI GCC?
