Concentrative meditation technique is performed by focusing on an image, a sound (mantra) or respiration. We believe there is a direct link between the mind and breath. When a person becomes agitated, frightened, and anxious or distracted, the breath shallow. Shudder Bhuta is a form of meditation Chakra Yoga and the practice of Tantra through which the five elements (bhutas) are balanced or purified (Shuddhi). Bhuta refers to the past, and refers to the purification Shuddhi that SSP.
