Is it possible to support those plans teach?

The reasons, there are two schools learning year for this program is that a) it is very complex, 2) it is not just how to draw, but what to draw, what is important.

You can learn a limited amount from a website but some tutorial does not give you control. Perform a search for AutoCAD Tutorial and you will surely find something to get you started. You are much better to buy a book or consult a library book, though.
