Comparison between laptop and desktop! (HP and Dell)? I want to compare between laptop and desktop so how!? Design, CPU, etc. ...
give me example pllz
It is a matter of opinion ronnizle ... I think the Dell support sucks so bad that I would not touch 'em. If too many Dells that went wrong that Dell were c ** p to fix.
A laptop uses (in general) 2.5-inch hard drives not 3.5 inches as those of a desktop.
A laptop uses (in general) mobile versions of processors, a desktop computer uses (usually) not moving ... Mobile tend to be lower voltage with better power saving features (and are often soldered on processors and not those socket).
A laptop is equipped with an LCD screen. A desktop computer is usually not.
A laptop uses lean CD / DVD or external use. A desktop computer usually uses the internal standard height.
A laptop is less expandable - usually you can change the memory or disk. An office is usually completely recyclable ... even change the model of motherboard and processor family.
A laptop is usually low power compared to a desktop computer.
And an obvious ... a laptop is usually easy to carry and a desktop computer is ususally not easily portable.
But there are many "usuals in there ... Some laptops (games) use desktop processors for the extra bit of speed. Some desktop computers have built in displays (eg Toshiba Equium). Some desktop computers "are smaller than mainstream laptops. Some desktops have no CD or DVD.
Dells ROCK! !!!!!!!! HP SUCK
