What can I use to cover the ink on bristol? I just started inking a drawing I did on bristol board and made a small mistake, I know that will raise the white veil of the surface and be impossible to more natural color, there is nothing I can do something else or I can use to correct the little mistake? I plan on staining the piece with colored pencils or Prismacolor markers, please help because i need to do that in a person before Christmas!
Try an electric eraser with a mildly abrasive gum.
What is more to color with crayons white since you will do after that anyway.
Really not worth it. Any cover material will change the texture of the board there. (As you've already figured out) Anything that will "wipe out" the ink will do that by "scratching" the surface of the paper and ruin the surface.
Short of buying a new board (which is my, urgent suggestion) you can work on the backside of the card, and then chucking in a frame with a cardboard backing to cover error.
Really, go out and buy a new board and take care to do this time. If you do it now, you should have time to finish the work of Christmas.
