What are the stages of the development of excellent cartoons? How can I begin to caricature, and what types of measures, I could follow for the basics of drawing cartoon animals? I am interested in drawing, but need help on where to start.
Before starting the cartoon, you should be able to make things realistic, then deform to take an easier or faster. You should also watch a lot of cartoons and watch a lot of comic books and "study" in the form of art. works of Hayao Miyazaki, Disney, Tex Avery, Bob Clampett, old cartoons are the best, you can watch many of them on youtube.com. to draw animals there are many books you can buy or get from the library.
http://www.cartoonbrew.com/ this website has many links and stuff about comics and animation that should help. Also view pictures of animals as a reference. For the lion king lion studio set for the hosts of the study. You can go to your local zoo too. chance welfare

When I started writing stories that I asked my mom and brother to do the illustrations for my stories. I found that I did not like their work and decided to try myseld. I had the same problem you have with animals. Here are the things an art teacher told me about old cartoons.
a.) start with something or someone real observation. As a celebrity or a dog or something.
B) establishes the purpose, but exaggerate the things that make it unique.
- (IE) if the person has curly hair, curly do, if they wear earrings make a little bigger. If they have a big nose enlarge. The same rule applies to animals and inanimate objects. practice of drawing the real thing, then use the base lines and curves with exaggerations.
c.) keep it. You do not have it overnight, art is an art that takes practice and patience.
