To become a professor of art do you need to be good at drawing? And painting, etc. I mean, I think it would be amazing to be a teacher, an art, but my drawing skills are horrible. If anyone has an idea please let me know. Do not give answers, a word please know what you mean.
depending on your age now, you can have time to improve. I was an art student in middle school and went to college with a major in art education. I improved a lot since college that I finally had good instructors. This is my 14 years as professor of art and feel like I'm always improving my drawing skills.
I'd say you have good luck with the desire and hard work.
you should be good enough in the art if you want to be an art teacher. take courses to help you better if. I used to be terrible in art and having art classes for several years, I noticed that I'm getting better and better.
