How do you put on eyeliner, I suck at it reallyyyy

I was wrong pencil too, and now I can put on eyeliner better than the best of them (heehee).
It might not be your fault. Some eye pencils arent doing well, and it is difficult to put on. When I was not so good with eyeliner - I received an eyeliner brush and black eyeshadow. I wet the eyeliner brush and put a little black eyeshadow on top. Hold your eyelid taut by placing your finger on the side of your eye and place of closing your eyelashes eyeliner. Try a regular line or dab near the lash line.
Keep some Q-tips with you so that you can remove all errors.

Well maybe u should stop using a pencil and stick with using an eyeliner instead.

just draw a line where your eyelashes are lower.

Juice follow your bottom lash line. Pencil should never go on the upper lash line of liquid eyeliner that goes on top.
