Figure Drawing For Fashion Design

Does anyone know of a YouTube video that teaches you, step by step how to draw a figure of fashion clothing for my creations. I can design clothes, but it is really hard to draw the body, they continue. Please help!

but I googled and came up with ideas like using tracing paper and trace the lines of a magazine ..
