Greater Johnstown School

My husband works for a company based in Wisconsin if his salary will not change at all. I am a mother at home so that the lowest wage rate, it will not affect us. We now live in Maine where the cost of daily life becomes greater by the day and are about to raise taxes again! Bahh! Johnstown is extremely cheaper than central Maine, and we're already used to cold winters. I guess my questions would fallow ......
How school systems?
There's artist relocation program really working? (Seems like a city w / a great potential in the future. That's what I really want)
Is this really close community that claims to be?
And just for a stupid comparison What does it cost for a liter of milk?

It's a pretty small town and I agree that he has great potential. There were some movies filmed here, launching hit and All The Right Moves, and creation was chosen because of research to Middle / North America.
There are two local high schools and they are valued on average nationally.
