I am a teacher and I intend to buy my first house. The program applies to foreclosed properties? The program still exist?

It was removed about 2 years ago. Check hud.gov if something was replaced.

Contact your local office of HUD and know what programs are available for you. Even if they do not have this specific program, it could be something else that you qualify. You should be able to easily find a phone number in your local directory.
