Life coaching and the Seven Keys AWARDS communication masterly

Neuro-Semantic (Meta Coaching Foundation) is a discipline of communication, the high quality and masterful communication. Derived from the NLP and cognitive-behavioral sciences, we have identified seven critical distinctions to free your communication skills and performance and to mobilize resources to become the most professional and communicator who can masterfully.

These seven critical distinctions are based meta-model scope (see Communication Magic, 2000) and the meta-model U.S.. With them, you can make seven awards that reproduces those that each communicator is masterful.

- What are the key distinctions?

- What do they mean?

- How can we learn the distinction so that the software is intuitive?

The seven critical distinctions in a masterly Communicator

"Fine Genius" in all areas requires making distinctions, manufacturing and other essential distinctions that do not. In the area of being a professional communicator, he is to distinguish between the following -

1) map and the territory

2) Person and behavior

3) Meaning and Action

4) evaluation and sensory information

5) Framework and Feeling

6) The exploration and affirmation (question and say)

7) The current state and desired

Now, when someone (perhaps self-coaching) can clearly make these distinctions and the use of such distinctions as governing executives in communication, it eliminates communication major diseases. Do you know about these diseases? These create huge dis-ease in the process of trying to understand and negotiations. Ellis and Beck's cognitive-behavioral psychology described as doing yourself and others miserable.

- Confusion of words with reality

- Read in thoughts and hallucinations

- Judging, sententious, exaggerating

- Emotionalizing: minimize, maximize

- Customization: over-identification, the defensive

- The blame, accusations and insults.

- Diversion, changing the subject, refusing to focus.

In contrast, the seven critical distinctions to create the foundation for these skills powerfully deep and states that facilitate better communication. These include:

- Sensory Awareness

- Ability to be present for the moment and focus on the now

- Take a step back into a state observer or control which facilitates the objectivity

- Obtain the ego of the road to be as "clean" as possible (with a capacity of key coaching staff)

- Remain open and receptive to feedback

- Flexibility to adjust in real-time information and make corrections on the course

- Systems Thinking and recognizing the leverage points

- What are curiously discover what is

- Seeking clarity in defining problems

- Solution development thinking in the creation of Moving Forward

- The suspension of the senses so that it may be true dialogue

FRAME MASTER # 1: Map of distinction and TERRITORY

"The map is not territory," says the wisdom of common sense that a map is not territory, it is designed to represent. The menu is not the meal, the sex manual is to make love, the picture is not the person. They are different phenomena. They operate at different levels and in different dimensions.

So simple and yet so profound. So simple and yet so easy to forget. How and when we forget? When we think (and feel) that what we think (our map), what we perceive, how we believe what we like, that we identify with, etc. is what is real. It's delirium. Yet, it never is, it can not be. At best it can be a good card, useful and accurate enough.
