Nail Whitening Pencil

I'm just experimenting in my room, trying to make my eyes look bigger. I'm going shopping on Thursday so I'll have a white pencil eyeliner, and then, but now all I have is black eyeliner and I'm anxious to see if my eyes seem more white. I just wonder if it is safe to use a nail whitening pencil as an eyeliner?
