Is it safe to use a nail whitening pencil as an eyeliner? I'm just experimenting in my room, trying to make my eyes look bigger. I'm going shopping on Thursday so I'll have a white pencil eyeliner, and then, but now all I have is black eyeliner and I'm anxious to see if my eyes seem more white. I just wonder if it is safe to use a nail whitening pencil as an eyeliner?
Thank you
Uh ... probably not ...
Just use white eye shadow and eyeliner brush or a wet brush eyeshadow thin ... is what I do.
It's cheaper and easier to use.
No, you should not his forte. just wait jeudiet.
NO
Of course, oh and go ahead and use nail polish as your eye shadow.
Using a liner while on your waterline will be very sticky, especially when you consider that your whites are not pure white. If you want to make them appear larger, apply eyeliner / shadows at the base of the lashes and NOT on the waterline, and apply a white / off white shade champagne / with or without glare (I prefer shimmer) in your ear Lacrimal outer corner of the eye and eyebrow to help open the eyes and give your eyes a look awake.
not sure. and white are not good. Try a gray shimmer or shine or get a shimmer or sparkle with a liner that matches your eye color that really pop.
Nooo,
wait til yu go shopping.
yer eyes will again!
no cos the stuff they put in liners are specifically designed not to irritate the eyes (because they are so sensitive), but because nobody has 'sensitive' nails can put any **** them! lol
