Notepad 2009

Recently, while surfing the Internet, a window pops up randomly called MS AntiSpyware. It was automatically installed on my system and I think now that it seems to be a virus. I tried to remove it, but I could not succeed. Now the problem is that whenever I try to do something on my PC, MS Windows AntiSpyware pop-ups and does not allow me to continue the work. It is really ridiculous. Maybe oen tell me how to remove the MS AntiSpyware from my system. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

2) Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware , or MBAM, at the following location and save it on your desktop.
