Notepad Glue

At school, I took a graphics class and they had us make notebook and I wanted to know if anyone knew what I had to buy notebook. how do I cut? I want to take a sheet of plain paper and cut into quarters. there is something that I can buy a glue or something to reach them? Where can I get cut because I cannot have cut them perfectly. any help would be great thank you.

As the cup is a pain (and difficult) to cut a number of sheets of paper the same size, so when you really want them to be exact it may be better than taking all your leaves ( or your blocks made-up) from Kinko's, etc., and ask them to make cuts in the pile for you (I think it costs maybe 50 cents a cup?)
