Oak Tree Drawings

Oak Tree DrawingsI'm stuck in my story with a field device, it is a treasure map?

Well, I got this story, it is a reality game called Treasure Hunt. As its name suggests, you "hunt" treasure in the desert. This is not effective if the treasure, but if you get there first, you win a huge amount of money. A lot of people to join this game and try to find the location of this treasure. They are followed by cameras on their clothes, and followed by tracking devices.

To be able to find the location of this treasure, you will receive a sort of "treasure map" (just to make the show look more authentic). On this treasure map, it is supposed to give you advice to location of the treasure.

You see, I'm stuck on the part of what is exactly meant to be written on the treasure map. I realized writing coordination on the map is too easy, or establish a "dotted line with an X at the end is too easy, and it is a candidate to follow the path exactly the same which is boring.

I thought perhaps I could have funny little drawings of trees and rocks in the form to show that "milestones", so they know they are on the right track. Advice or maybe just enough to say "follow the river to the rock-shaped nose turn left. Perhaps even a combination of both. It just does not feel to me as if it were a sort of childish way to depict how to find a place without making it too easy. I thought the puzzles, but I'm not good at puzzles and I prefer not to make too complicated.

But I do know one thing. The exact location of the treasure must be revealed by a small note on the map. It should say if the treasure is in a great oak, or if it is buried under a stone platform, or if it is suspended by a small river, stuff like that. It's one thing I am sure part of the treasure map.

I just need help on what to put on the treasure map for people to try to find the right path to finally find the treasure. Suggestions are welcome!

seems that your card must be in the form of a poem ... each stanza is the next location. is easy enough to throw some words that rhyme with the site and you easily integrate your idea buried under the flat rock ....

try to put a sort of map of an unknown island ........ Dang ...... you can find many on Google! ........ lol try!
