Online Drawing Course

Are there any art classes online by expert painters are suitable for beginners at all levels?

My favorite is a book entitled "Royal Drawing" by William Collins. This is a fantastic masterclass for beginners and a comprehensive course manual for artists at all levels. Collins himself is a veteran artist with 35 years experience and is a prominent member of the Royal Society of drawing.

The library would be the best source for any information about any art form. You do not need money. Just a library card.
Something for everyone, from beginners to novice.
