Pennsylvania Teacher Certification

Does anyone know? My friend got a DUI about a year ago. She now wants to return to school to become a teacher. Does anyone know if they'll leave with a DUI (driving under the influence)? Everyone knows the law PA?

Honestly, I do not think they can get a teaching degree in PA. I know that if you're in college and get a load of alcohol and will become a teacher you are more free to follow this degree.
