Restore Notepad

A few hours ago I updated "Psychiatrists", notes in Notepad.
Now he is gone. I tried to look in the trash, not there.
please help, terribly important.

It is possible that you saved or moved to a different folder. Try using the search function in windows, and Psychiatrists.txt type in the search box, click on the "All files and folders" in the search box. Hope that helps.

1. Click Start | Search
2. Choose the type of files or folders
3. Click All Files or Folders
4. To use the word p *. txt
5. Click Search

Have you tried looking for files or folders with "Psychiatrists", as part of the name, and c: \ as the target?
