School House Electric

My school is a haunted house in a few weeks and my group decided on a prison / theme electric chair, but we have no idea how to build or purchase. We have three people in our group - do not know if that helps any.

the three of you could dress up as zombies and other creatures and you put in cages. then when they pass you can act like you want to attack and get out of jail cells at the same time.
for the electric chair, you could probably get a skeleton or something bright and put in a chair.
