each school district has their own needs. you must contact the county (or parish) school board to know exactly what they are. in most places you need a AA in some places, you need a BA (like where I live, and we need at least a 2.75 average too). you'll need professional references, and then you need a physical to a finger print, and pass a drug test. it is usually the teacher training of some sort.
