Teacher Appreciation Week Gift Ideas

I do not want to spend much money, I is home. I have three teachers - two chicks and a boy. Please help me!

As a teacher, I think the best types of gifts are practical. Some might disagree, but I do not expect gifts from my students, so that I can use in class are very appreciated. Does your teacher always end with chalk on their pants? Then get a chalk holder, so it will not be on the hands. The dry-erase markers always cured? Get more nice news.

If you are not interested in that, gift cards (even in small denominations like $ 5) are great. Is one of them always have a cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee in the room? $ 5 will get coffee for several days.

I would stay away from 'teacher-theme "things like Apple stationary. My friends and I call these items "Crapples" simply because they take up space and are cute to watch, but does not really serve a functional purpose.

My final suggestion is a good card with some thoughts written within. Teachers do not get to see their successes very often, to see a student speak openly and honestly really helps a teacher know he or she is appreciated.

As a teacher, I agree with all my heart the first response. Another area to consider is a gift of service for your teachers. The gift of your time to them in some way the child can also be a wonderful gift.
