Can someone explain the pay scale of teachers in Georgia? I'm not sure how to decode the pay scale. I want to be a first-year teacher in Georgia even though I learned in another state. I have a Master's Degree. Here is a link to the pay scale http://www.savannah.chatham.k12.ga.us/NR ...
Your approach is based on seniority. The L is to pay a settlement of the district, which is similar to the COLA, the salary is S and T is the total salary + Locality Pay. Hope that helps.
AIS follows the pay scale depending on whether you r-web site:

T 25B 75,691 86,970 97,948 108,712
