Touch Screen Notepad

I want to use a touch screen MP3 player like a notebook (landscpae mode), so I want to know if I can download an application that will allow me to do. I do not want to use the Apple iTouch Becus it has too many restrictions to 4 times the price

Apps only works with the iPod Touch and iPhone both manufactured by Apple. So to answer your question, No, they will not work with another touch screen mp3 player besides the iPod Touch or iPhone
